This week Tigers class have continued learning about the story of ‘The Gruffalo.’ The children were able to write dictated sentences, captions and words using the new digraphs and trigraphs learnt in class when writing about the Gruffalo. Sentences included: He sat on a rock in the deep dark wood. We were very impressed with their writing skills.
In Maths the children have been ordering the days of the week, measuring length and height and seeing how many jumps they can in one minute.
For theme the children have made new habitats using junk modelling materials for the Gruffalo.
Another busy and super hard-working week, Tiger class! Well done.
