last week we all planted wheat grains into transparent cups so that we could see what was happening with the wheat grains. We made sure they were watered and they were in the window so they could get some sunshine. Today we all looked at the grain to see what had happened. We could see green shoots coming out of the top of the seed and white, thin roots coming out the bottom of them. We also discussed the different breads that wheat makes. We can’t wait to take them home.
