Aaaarrghhh Spider!
This week we have been reading the story ‘Aaaarrrghh Spider’. We explored Spiders in depth by looking at different types of Spiders that exist, the habitats they might be in and what they eat. We learnt that not all spiders are the same, and not all spin webs for the same reason. Some spin webs to catch their prey, and some spin webs to travel. We also got the opportunity to paint our own Spider!
In preparation for Sports Day, we had the chance to use hurdles. We noticed we had to be careful, and jumpy high and steady over the hurdles. We then practiced a hurdle race, which was exciting.
